Reserving

An $80 deposit will be collected to reserve a truck.  The deposit must be paid for with either cash or credit card.  A credit card is required to rent a truck.  Payment may be made with cash, but a credit card must also be provided and will be authorized prior to the truck leaving our lot.  The credit cards accepted are Visa or Mastercard only. Debit cards may be used as long as they are a Visa or Mastercard debit card and tied to a bank account. Prepay debit or reloadable debit cards are not accepted for reservations or estimated rentals.

> *Deposits are non-refundable if truck is cancelled*

Rental Pickup (whats needed)

> A credit card is required to rent the truck, the renter must provide this at the time the truck is picked up.  Collection of the estimated rental, based on rental plus mileage and sales tax is collected prior to truck leaving our lot.  The estimated rental can be just authorized on a credit card at this time.  This is in addition to the $80 reservation deposit.

> Proof of current, valid auto insurance is required before the truck can leave our lot.  This may be a copy of the actual policy, cab card or a faxed document from your agent.

> Current drivers licence.  If additional drivers will be listed they will need to provide their drivers license and auto insurance also.

Rental Return

Upon return of the rental truck, the actual miles used will be calculated and the final charges will be determined.  If a credit card has been authorized, this will be converted to a charge for the final rental fees at this time.  The truck must be returned at the same fuel level it was sent out at or a refueling service fee and fuel will be charged to the renter.
